In this case the shape of the cortical bone and decreased cancellous bone density at sites pushed us to use needles. Otherwise the anatomical conditions would cause the implants to slide down towards the nerve area, without obtaining bicortical anchoring first. Rehabilitation of the upper arch we are planning in three months.
